Class numbers are limited between 15-18 Members. Please book into all classes to avoid disappointment.

  • Spinning

    A excellent Cardio workout for your Heart and Lungs. Keep fit whilst burning between 600-1000 calories per session. All different types of Cardio training from Strength to Intervals to Race Days. Great fun!

  • Abs N Core

    Improve your core strength with this stomach and lower back workout. Tone your abs improve your trunk strength and balance. A killer workout!

  • Body Combat

    Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like Karate, Boxing and Taekwando. A fantastic stress busting workout!

  • Yoga

    Creating balance in your body through developing both strength and flexibility though poses or postures.

  • Body Pump

    A barbell class that strengthens, tones and shapes your entire body, from Squats to curls to presses, working all the major muscle groups.

  • LBT

    A workout designed to tone and shape your thighs, bums and abs. Exercises ranging from Squats, and Lunges, with abdominal exercises to tone your stomach. A great class for all you ladies.

  • Power Pilates

    A STOTT Pilates class. Watch as your abs, thighs, legs and arms become more sculpted and toned. You will feel stronger and more energized while helping to prevent injury in sports and daily activities

  • Dynamic Balance Pilates

    A STOTT Pilates class using the swiss ball, chai ball and mini flex ball. Challenge your balance, activate your abs, stretch your spine-and have a ball doing it.

  • Tread and Tone

    A class split into two halfs. 20 minutes Treadmill work on the gym floor based around interval training, strength training and uptempo training. 20 minutes resistance training in the Studio working all the major muscle groups in your body.
