A STOTT Pilates class using the swiss ball, chai ball and mini flex ball. Challenge your balance, activate your abs, stretch your spine-and have a ball doing it.
A class split into two halfs. 20 minutes Treadmill work on the gym floor based around interval training, strength training and uptempo training. 20 minutes resistance training in the Studio working all the major muscle groups in your body.
