- The ULTIMATE high intensity circuit training session. Improve strength, power,endurance, fitness, core and motor skills.

Ultimate fitness is based around circuit training. 10 stations which remain the same over the 6 weeks, allowing you to improve each week on each one. The session starts with 10 minute warm up drills which change every week. Next comes 30 minutes circuit training one minute on each station. The stations consist of tyre flipping, battling ropes, kettlebells and power bags. As for the cool down you are split into teams battling it out for 10 minutes to find a winner and loser. The losing team members then are made to complete a one mile run.
