NEW CLASS
Body Conditioning – This class delivers a gym workout into the Studio, combining free weight exercises from squats, lunges and presses using a barbell and bench.Plus mat based exercises. A total Body Conditioning – Muscle challenging workout.

SPINNING
A excellent Cardio workout for your Heart and Lungs. Keep fit whilst burning between 600-1000 calories per session. All different types of Cardio training from Strength to Intervals to Race Days. Great fun!Try Ultimate Spinning on Saturdays.

ABS
A 30 minute ABS blast session on the gym floor. Hitting upper and lower abs. Exercises vary from crunches and leg raises to abdominal thrusts.

HATHA YOGA
Creating balance in your body through developing both strength and flexibility though poses or postures.

PUMP
Weights to music. A non-impact class that conditions and tones your body. Using a barbell with adjustable weights, you can make it as easy or as hard as you want.

LBS
A workout designed to tone and shape your thighs, bums and abs. Exercises ranging from Squats, and Lunges, with abdominal exercises to tone your stomach. A great class for all you ladies.

CORE & BALANCE
A workout designed to cut your core muscles. Muscles deep around your spine, hips, lower back and glutes. Helps strengthen lower back area as well as stomach muscles.

ASHTANGA YOGA
The workout consists of a series of postures linking breath and movements together in a flowing, fluid motion. This type of Yoga requires skill and stamina as the postures stretch you beyound limits. Not just for women but idea for the modern man into sports. It will leave you pleasantly exhausted but feeling great.

TREAD & TONE
A class split into two halves. 20 minutes Treadmill work on the gym floor based around interval training, strength training and uptempo training. 20 minutes resistance training in the Studio working all the major muscle groups in your body.

CARDIO CLUB
1 hour cardio workout on the gym floor using the Rowers, Bikes, Treadmills and Cross Trainers. Improve fitness and burn off calories using different types of training from Interval to Strenght training. Receive your CC T-Shirt when you have completed 50 sessions.

KETTLE BELLS
Improve cardio and muscular endurance whilst dynamically stretching your muscles. Kettlebells are an old Russian training tool which will give an effective all over body workout in a 30 minute session.

ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system – a fun and great workout.

YOGALATES
The perfect blend of exercises from Yoga and Pilates. You will benefit from the stretching and lengthening asana’s of Yoga and core-strengthening postures of Pilates. Yogalates is a predominately mat based total body workout designed to specifically sculpt and tone the buttocks, legs, arms and abdominals while enhancing spinal alignment and posture. A perfect addition to any workout.
